Happy New Year from

if you have an iphone or itouch…
 Monday, December 29, 2008

Make sure you save my website to your iphone and/or itouch. When you do this, you will see a customized icon on your homescreen that looks like this:

 my site icon

If you would like to know how to do this, here is the tutorial.

Iphone and Itouch
1. On Safari, enter in my website http://nadiyah.net/blog and press the blue GO button.
2. After the page loads, you will see my website in IPHONE/ITOUCH form. Cute, huh?!
3. Press the + button and select Add to Home Screen.
4. Enter a funky subtitle for your home screen and press ADD.

There you go. That’s all you have to do. Go look on your home screen and it should be there looking all cute and stuff. Now, you can read my entries on the go and there’s no excuse for not being around.

Keri Hilson - “Turn On”
Every time the new year peeks its head, you have people swearing up and down about how they’re going to change. I’m a gluton for new spirits, but when promises are just words… it can become a little sickening :blank: There are people that have already stepped back on what they’ve promised for the new year. That’s sad. Start small. Don’t say that you’re going to become a vegan for the new year and you’re still got meat galore in your frig. Start now! Don’t wait until the new year because if you want to change something within yourself, it should not have a post date on it. Here are my resolutions. I guess they’re reasonable

· Start slowly down at yellow lights instead of speeding through.
· Start saving money for rainy days.
· Send more “modeling packages” throughout the months.
· Start working on my web development business.
· Continue the vegan life !
· Start using more vitamins.
· Maintain current weight.

Kind of plain, but it’s easy to abide by. What’s yours?

Okay, I got my first tattoo today. I’ve decided to let my tongue piercing close and get another substitiution. It’s wrapped up right now, but when it heals I’ll snap a photo of it. It is a tattoo of three stars: one bolded star which stands for my grandmother, one covered star which stands for my mother, and one petite star which stands for my older sister. It basically says I have 3 strong women behind me and with me at all times. It definitely means alot.
